San Bernardino Commercial Epoxy

A business floor takes more punishment than any living room, and it is also the first thing a customer looks at on the way in. Marbleous Creationz pours metallic and flake epoxy for San Bernardino businesses, with Diamond prepping every slab and Eagle, a former mural artist, handling the color. We tell you exactly what the project involves before anything is booked.

Owners

Two Owners on Every Commercial Floor

When a San Bernardino business books us, the two people whose names are on the company are the ones working the floor. Eagle came to epoxy from mural painting, with project experience outside the country. Diamond is known industry-wide as the Prep Queen. Between them, both the art and the bond get an owner’s attention.

That counts for more in a business than at home. A customer who notices color carrying across a room remembers the space. A floor peeling up by the front door leaves an impression too, and nobody wants that one. Our local work covers commercial showrooms and restaurant kitchens as well as garages and home interiors, and the same two people handle all of it.

It also means one answer when something needs deciding on the job. The people who walked the space with you are the ones standing on the slab, so a question about a color, a threshold or a drain gets settled that day.

The first meeting is about the space and how it runs. Where do people come in, where do carts roll, where does water land, and which part of the room do you want customers to notice? Those answers pick the system long before anyone talks about color.

Where Flake Wins and Where Metallic Does

Most commercial floors we pour around San Bernardino land in one of two systems, with a tougher coating for the rooms only staff ever see. Flake is our top seller in garages and commercial spaces, and for good reason. Metallic is the one people stop to photograph. The right call comes down to what the floor has to survive and what it has to say.

The Supplier Behind the Gloss

Marbleous Creationz is an exclusive US Resin Supply and Manufacturing partner, and every commercial floor we pour uses their premium formulations. On the job that means deeper color, cleaner self-leveling across big open rooms, and a stronger bond to the concrete than consumer-grade material can give.

Large spaces expose weak resin fast. A product that levels poorly leaves low spots where mop water sits, and a thin color layer wears through first at doorways and in front of counters. Premium material spread over a properly ground slab avoids both problems, which is why we will not swap in a cheaper product to trim a proposal.

A room with a lot of daylight puts a floor on show all day, and dark metallic with bright veining holds up well under that kind of light. The protective topcoat we finish with is what keeps the gloss looking right.

Process

How the Job Moves Through Your Space

Every project follows the same four steps, whether it is a small shop or a long open floor. You know what each one involves before it goes on the calendar, and we set the order around the hours your doors are open.

1

Design With Eagle

A walkthrough and design consultation. Eagle looks at the room, the lighting and your brand colors, then brings samples so you can see flake blends or metallic tones on your own floor before anything is ordered.

2

Diamond’s Prep

Diamond grinds the concrete to an open profile using XPS-trained techniques, takes up old coating and glue, and repairs cracks and pits. The coating can only bond as well as this step allows, so it never gets shortened.

3

The Pour

Base coat, then Eagle’s color work. On metallic floors that means contrast painting and metallic manipulation by hand. On flake it means a full broadcast of your custom blend. Work zones stay sealed off with plastic the whole time.

4

Topcoat and Handback

A protective topcoat set for the traction the room needs. We clean up, put back what we moved, and walk your staff through daily care before customers come back in.

Covering the Valley and the Mountain Towns

We work with businesses from downtown San Bernardino out to Redlands, Highland and Loma Linda, and up into Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead. The city sits at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains, so a floor here can see hot afternoons and cold nights, and at the higher elevations, snow tracked in from outside.

Our systems for this area are formulated for thermal stability, so the coating keeps its bond and its look through daily and seasonal temperature swings. That shows up most at an entry door that opens all day long, where the concrete feels the weather far more than the middle of the room does.

Timing is the other half. Tell us your slow days and your busiest hours at the walkthrough. Where a room can be split, we phase it so part of it stays open. Where it cannot, we say exactly how long it will be out of service and choose the window that costs you least.

What Business Owners Ask Us

Does everything have to come out of the room first?
Yes, for the area being coated. Shelving, displays and anything stored along the walls need a temporary home, because Diamond needs every inch of the slab for grinding and repairs. Tell us what truly cannot move and we plan the work zones around it.
Which system suits a kitchen or wash area?
Flake is usually the pick where water and grease land. The broadcast chips give the surface texture, it is slip-resistant, and it goes down as one waterproof layer with no grout lines. Extra grip can go into the topcoat along the paths staff walk most often.
Will the floor carry our brand colors?
Yes. Flake comes in unlimited custom color blends, and Eagle mixes metallic tones by hand. Bring your logo, signage colors or paint chips to the design meeting, and we will make samples you can look at under your own lights before any material is ordered.
Who actually works on our floor?
Eagle and Diamond. Diamond handles surface preparation with her XPS-trained techniques, and Eagle handles the design and the pour. A commercial job gets the same owners and the same US Resin Supply and Manufacturing materials as our most detailed residential floors.
What daily cleaning does the floor need?
A soft broom or dust mop for grit, then a damp mop with a mild cleaner for the rest. The surface is sealed and waterproof, so spills stay on top and wipe away instead of soaking in. We walk your staff through the routine on the day we hand the floor back.
When do we see the full scope?
Before you pay anything. After the walkthrough, the free quote lays out the system for each area, the prep the slab needs, how the work is phased and anything that could change once old flooring comes up. You see all of it at the walkthrough stage, not partway into the job.

Beyond the Business Floor

Bar tops and service counters are handled through our epoxy countertops work in this area. Owners who like how the business turned out often book garage epoxy at home next, and the metallic epoxy floors and flake epoxy systems pages go deeper on each system. Everything local sits on the San Bernardino service area page, and commercial coatings covers this service across every region we work.
